    Develop your cardiovascular endurance with our conditioning classes ranging from EMOM to our 10 min challenge (AMRAP). on our conditioning days we raise the intensity and push ourselves to become 1% better every session.

  • Strength

    everyone loves strength day! on strength day we bring the intensity down and focus on technique and form as we learn new lifts and push our ability to levels we previously thought were impossible. weather it’s an upper, lower or full body session you’re guaranteed to leave feeling like you’ve earned yourself tomorrows doms!

  • Circuits

    circuit day is another team favourite! popular throughout all group training classes worldwide, this time based session forces us to work hard from start to finish! but there is nothing that quite compares to the feeling of accomplishment when that final round is over and your hard work for the day is done!
